Lug pattern and pressure sensor question

Need help ordering wheel and tire combos.. I just bought a jeep wrangler JL and tried to order Wheels and tires for it. Is the Lug pattern the same from the 2018 JK models as the 2018 JL models and is there any reason why i couldn't order a wheel and tire combo for a 2018 wrangler JK? are the tire pressure sensors the same? any info would greatly appreciated.

The lug pattern / wheels are the same. Lug nuts are different JL is 14mx1.50.
TPMS sensors are the same also. OEM #68241067AB.

The 1st set I installed on my JL Sahara was from a 2017 Rubicon, fit perfect except had to change lug nuts.

You couldn't use your stock lug nuts for the JL to install the JK Rubicon wheel?

Yes I did use the jl lug nuts, I meant that was the only item different from the 2017. Jk lugs are SAE 1/2-20 and JL are metric 14m-1.50
