Low Profile Grab Handles

Anyone have any recommendations for a low profile grab handle? Many that I have seen hang down quite a bit. These look more like I'm looking for, but according to Amazon, they would not work on a JL. Not sure why.

I and many others have these for that reason. Folds up out of the way when not in use. Love them.

I have hard top. No problem at all. Remove the top panels for easy installation, although you can do it with them on.
By the way, I bought mine on Amazon.

Same. Can't speak for the soft top, but the handles are able to slide back and forth to find a spot without interference.

You'll like the GPCA as they flip up out of the way when not use. See attached.

I have a spiderwebshade and it fits fine. Have to position it just right, but it works.
