I'm looking for new 4.88 gears for my 2019 JLUS
Mine is a Sport S \ Manual with 186M front and M220 rear conventional differentials.
Looks like this combo is specific to Manuals as most all the Sports have the M200 Rear Differential.
Who has this combo available?
Thanks!

so it looks like I need the Dana 10026639 gear set for the Dana 30 M186 front axle
and the Dana 10073110 gear set for the Dana 44 AdvanTEK M220 rear axle
can anyone confirm if this is correct?
Thanks!

Dana spicer gears are my suggestion. Make sure they are advantek. What size tires are you thinking? We’re running 5.13s with 37s

I have 285\75\17 (34.5"), 5th and 6th are hardly ever usable with the stock 3.45s, I would never go bigger than 35s

The 4.88s from Dana would be a great fit for you and the 6 speed!

I have the same problem with my 2021 willys sport 5 and 6th are useless unless on flat ground and living in Colorado that's not really possible. I run the same size tire but I've also added skid plates and new bumpers which have added prob 300ish lbs to the jeep but it is a dog going up the mountain and alot of times have to put it back in 3rd just to keep up

Did you re-gear to 4.88, and if so are you pleased with it? I am planning the same in the next year when I upgrade from stock tires to 285/75/17, and at the same time I will install the XR suspension that I acquired. My Jeep is a daily driver and I tow a 1500 lb camper as many weekends as I can take off to go camping. I have the same stock setup as the OP (Dana 44 rear, 30 front, 3.45 gears, 6MT). Thanks for your input!

Is the master overhaul kit necessary or recommended when re-gearing at under 35K miles?

You definitely want to change out all the bearings and seals when you re-gear. Where do you live? 2-door or 4? If you think you'll never go with bigger tires and you always stay at sea-level you'll probably be fine. I would go 5.13 as I live where nothing is flat and if I were towing on a regular basis I would definitely want the extra oomph.
