Hi,

I am new to this form. However a Wrangler has caught my eye to replace my bmw 340 m sport. Can rubicon's be leased at decent price with these discounts I have seen at 4-7% below invoice?

thank you,

It depends on what you consider a decent price. Residuals are high for Wranglers. 4-doors are higher than 2-doors. Sports are higher than Rubicons and Saharas.

On the other hand money factors are really high.

Are you looking at 2-door or 4-door?

I am looking for a 4 door; want a rubicon. I usually lease my bmw's but tired of them. Does Chrysler, usbank or Ally offer multiple security deposit on leases? thanks

No Multiple Security Deposits.

Wrangler lease programs are very different from BMW.

Yea I figured; the money factor is really high on Chrysler leases. Wonder if ally or us bank is any better.

It is all pretty similar. Ally has higher residuals and higher money factors. USBank I find to be just slightly better than Chrysler but very similar. I do recommend asking the dealer to quote all 3. They usually will just do one if you don't ask.

Do you know any dealers that have decent discount and are willing to lease?

Many of the discount dealers will lease. I bought from Tri-City here in NC. They offer up to 6% below discount and they lease. I recommend them but they are a distance from you.

I had less luck with Koons. They weren't willing to even estimate a lease quote until the Jeep shipped and they had a non-refundable deposit.

The problem with a factory order is that the lease programs can change every month so they can change between the time you order and the time you take delivery. They can't lock the terms until you take delivery.

I would use the map, contact the dealers, negotiate price first, then see what they will quote on a lease.

The only good lease quotes I have seen were in the midwest where there is a credit union or something that does leases. Otherwise just the 3 main banks and all pretty crappy.
