LOVE mine. They ship extremely well protected surrounded by solid expanding foam, the quality is great, and the install is easy and straightforward. Plus, they look great.

Got the destroyer shorty with the skid plate, ordered from quadratec.

For me it was a whole lot easier to open the box from the bottom to remove my signature shorty. My sliders were removed from both sides of the box. Once the top one was out you couldn't even see the other one. I lifted the box to feel the weight to make sure the other one was even there.

Whew! Got it all done! Only 1 issue. The skid plate hardware kit was missing the two screws to attach it to the crash bar. Not too bad though. Still need to put on the shackles, pick out a winch and install it, then move on to the back bumper!

and yes! This thing was crazy to unpack! Took at least a half hour to break through all that foam! Arrived in prime condition though!

Hey that looks great! It's a shame we biff'd it on the hardware kit. Reach out to us and we can get you the parts you need!

Thanks! I’ll call tomorrow. It’s just those two screws. The nuts and washers were in there, so that’s something! :like:

just called. She wants me to try and find the paperwork that will show who packed the order. I guess I’ll hunt for it tonight. Though I’m pretty sure I threw it all in the box and tossed it after I was done installing. Not sure if the person who packed it would be at fault anyway. The sealed plastic bag of hardware was in there just fine. It was just missing those two bolts out of it. Hopefully the lady I spoke to will help out. Otherwise I will just head up to the hardware store and try to find something.

Sorry for the trouble, but unfortunately that's our policy. The engineering drawing that is included with the instructions shows the bolts you need if you decide to source them yourself. Those look to be 3/8-16 x 1.50" Long Button Head bolts.

Ditch the fenders and get some Metal Cloak! :like:
They are solid like the LOD bumpers.

that’s EXACTLY what I’m thinking of getting. Just getting the bumpers done first. Then the fenders... winch... lift... you know, The whole process. Lol

For a couple bolts the policy might need to be revisited. I'm sure the publicity will cost more than the 2 bolts.

Does the Company not keep a record of customer's and their purchases. Seems like a lost marketing tool

I understand and agree you make superior products and what do I know I don't run a successful and popular company.

This seems a little odd to me after seeing your posts and positive feedback.

I have your Destroyer Rock rails ordered so this will remind me to keep the box and every piece of paper in the box for months. So that is a good thing. I expect an optimal product and parts so preventative for me

Yep, LOD Destroyer here with Smittybuilt X20 10k winch. Big fan of it!! Thanks @lodoffroad for the help today (and the comment of the K02s on the subbie!)
Looking at that same winch to put on mine as well!
