Texas Lesson Learned Pixel Decals

Just a rant as I usually don't post here but wanted to get this out about my experience with this vendor so you all can be aware.

I ordered a handful of decals from Pixel Decals as I had ordered from them in the past and was happy with the product and company. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my most recent order. Long story short after placing my order on 12/15 I finally received it the week of the 23rd of FEBRUARY! I had several communications with Don Neyrink from Pixel and he continued to say it was in process, ready to be mfg, or had shipped when it never did. Just an FYI to would be customers I would stay away from this company as it appears this is done in his basement and he gets to you when he gets to you. Shit service, a liar, and oh yeah one of the decals finally sent was the wrong size. Lesson Learned.

I have texted out to you do attempt to fix your issue with the order. All I can do is s apologize and attempt to fix the issue or offer a refund in the problem decals. The decals with the size issue are a visor cover up and there have been some changes over the years to the supplier of the factory decal so sometimes the size is different which requires a different version.

matan, apologies for the delay and the size issue, but will make it right whichever way you prefer.

Yup same experience except never received anything.

Definitely not what they used to be which is a shame as they were great to deal with in the past.

All, just as an update Don did reach out expressing his apologies for the issues concerning my order and made every effort to correct the size issue with the visor decal.
