I am replacing my incandescent drls and blinkers on my 21 Rubicon with OEM LED's. I do have halogen headlights and plan on replacing those with LED's soon. If I just do the blinkers will I need to have the Jeep flashed to keep it from hyper flashing?

OEM LEDs, regardless of where installed, typically require a flash.

Yes 100%, either get it flashed at the dealership or go aftermarket and get a tazer or something similar for your ecu.

they may work for a while without a flash but eventually you will need to. Mine worked for about 3 months with no issues but then started having issues until I changed the settings with a Tazer
