I would just leave it off. I used the reinforcement bracket off my JL because mine didn’t come with one. If you can get the one off the Rubi then use it.

I appreciate your help! I'll probably just take it off for now till I can pick that bracket up from the guy.

Have you found a fix for the flicker yet?

Hey! I might have solved the flicker! Go check your fuses and push all of them in and check if it's still flickering.

No I haven’t fixed it yet. It probably needs some sort of electrical device to smooth out the flow of electricity. The more I think about it, I believe that when I let off the throttle I’m getting maximum voltage out of the alternator. That higher voltage is causing the flicker. I may need a constant power supply to smooth this voltage fluctuations out.
Im EXPERIENCING THIS RIGHT NOW! Same situation but I have a Sport. Same symptoms EXACTLY as you described. I'll continue reading but I hope you found the culptit and the fix!

What made you suggest this? Did you read about a similar issue related to a bumper/LED install, or are you guessing?

Nah, it's not a permanent fix. I guess it still flickers till this day so guess it was a placebo effect. I've read that the tazer module will help with this problem. My guess is that the wiring is the same for non led and led but the computer not reading if it's led or halogen. I'm not just ready to Shell out the money for a tazer. Lol

I haven’t tried any other fixes yet besides making sure all the fuses were down. I really hadn’t noticed it doing it until the other day when I picked up some stuff from an underground warehouse in the caves here in town. I could really see it then when the light was bouncing off the white limestone walls. I could even when the Jeep was idling which I hadn’t noticed anytime before that. I’m thinking of trying an anti flicker device if I can find one with the right pigtails that’s not a foot long.

I saw one on quadratec...but they said it is not for OEM LEDs...the ones I bought are MOPAR OEM Rubicon LED fogs...so it won't work on mine. :(
