I'm wondering what others experiences have been with attempting to further negotiate a lease after the vehicle has been built and delivered...

My local dealer and I agreed upon numbers for my new lease- 21 Sahara Altitude (my first Wrangler ). As I continue to wait for it to be built, I've seen on this forum the Jeep brochure and coupon many are receiving. $750? $1,000? I requested a brochure several weeks ago and am hoping it arrives before the vehicle does. Additionally, I've read about the affiliation discounts some are receiving and I want to look into this further. To further complicate things, my trade-in (19 Charger R/T) seems to be appreciating as time goes on. Maybe not appreciating, but depreciating less than expected.

My question for you all is... have you attempted to further negotiate your lease costs after the initial agreement was reached? Whether for additional discounts, change in trade-in value, or something else. If so, how did it go? Are dealers typically receptive to this?

I think I got a good (er maybe descent) price. I don't want to screw that up, but I also don't want to pay more than I have to.

Thanks in advance!

I am leasing my 80th.

Any coupon/discount that you get from Jeep, you should be able to apply. It does not affect the dealers profit, it comes from Stellantis (Jeep). I am still hoping for mine to come in, but if it doesn't I was fine with the pricing that I negotiated.

I negotiated the price (not the lease payment) I would assume that they will likely hold you to any pre-negotiated price. I had to put a $500 deposit for the order, which I assume I forfeit if I backed out the deal. If you didn't negotiate a good price (ie MSRP) you might be able to negotiate that or get a tread lightly member.

I got February lease numbers based on my pricing, when made the deal so I have a good idea of what I going to pay.
