Hello guys,

I have a JLU Rubicon with a 2.5" lift kit installed since last summer.
Lift kit is Teraflex ST2 with lower control arm and Falcon shocks
Jeep has 7K miles on it and running KO2 35".

I didn't have any issue with DW before I changed the Tie-rod, rod ends and damper.
I got the Teraflex chromoly tie rod kit and Falcon steering stabilizer installed.

Since then, every time I drive on bad roads, it wobbles like crazy.

I went to the garage to have them check the installation and alignment.
They have checked for anything loose and torqued all bolts, re-aligned the jeep, checked the tire pressure and it's still doing it.

Here is the alignment spec:
Front:
Caster left 8.06°
Caster right 8.04°
Camber left -0.77°
Camber right -0.68°
Toe left 0.08°
Toe right 0.19°
Toe total 0.27°

Rear:
Camber Left -0.61°
Camber Right -0.66°
Toe Left 0.15°
Toe Right 0.07°
Toe Total 0.22°

I don't know what to do from now on. Do you have any idea on the cause or what I should do as next step?

Thank you!

I did a Mopar lift on mine, it was fine for a weeks I want to say. I went off roading and then my oem steering damper was leaking and I started having death wobble, I replaced it with a fox ats damper and it fixed the problem.

Make sure all the related hardware on the tie rod and drag link a fully tightened. They can be "tight" but still move under load while driving. Depending on which version of the Falcon stabilizer you got, the axle side track bar bolt may have been replaced with a new bolt/stud combo for the stabilizer. The torque spec on that bolt rather high (220 foot pounds) so it's worth double checking to make sure it's tight.

The castor spec is a bit on the high side, but the alignment specs look sound. If the Falcon stabilizer you have is a fast adjust 2.2, does your concern get better or worse if you set the red 3 position knob to "soft"?

I got the Falcon EF 2.1.
The garage also told me that the caster angle was a bit high. But problem only appeared after the tie rod and stabilizer changes. Caster angles was already on the high side for almost a year.

I will check the torque myself and make sure everything is tight.

thanks
