JL 3rd Brake Light Fuse?

I need some help figuring out how to fix my 3rd brake light. I added brake light wheel ring to my spare tire and tested it before I put everything back together and all worked fine. After I got it all back together, the third brake lights no longer work. I pulled it back apart and found I had pinched the wires and shorted them out. I have looked everywhere for a fuse but cannot find one. I have checked every fuse in the fuse block under the hood and they all test good. I welcome any suggestions. My main brake lights do work. it is a 2021 JL.

Supplied straight out of the body control module. May have to make repairs and clear the fault code before it will attempt to light again.

Or it melted the brake light switch.

I am thinking there must be some kind of relay or something. I just went out and tried the brakes again and had main brake lights but no center brake light. I then started it up and hit the brakes and everything was working again. Go figure…

It’s just software.

I am having the same issue. Replaced the wire harness but still no third brake light. ? 2020 JL rubicon
