Contemplating a rubi already on the lot at a local dealer, or building one. I don't really want to wait, but the one on the lot has everything i want, however it has the upgraded rims with MT tires.

Wondering how these tires are for daily use... I'd love to get off-road some, but my primary usage will be on the street. I know they will be a bit noisier for street use, any other comments/opinions? thanks!

Tell the dealer to put the stock rims/tires back on.

It's new on the lot... came from the factory like that.
If you are a serious buyer, the dealer will swap any wheel/tire combo on it (from another jeep) you want

They know I'm serious and haven't offered that. In my experience that's never been an option...granted that was with another brand! I guess it's worth a shot...

Buy it with the upgrade wheels and MT tires. Offer them up to trade with someone with brand new wheels and tires you want + cash. Win-win.
