JG TRACKING UPDATE?

Anyone have insight on Jeep Garage tracking. Usually updates 2-3 times daily. Has not updated since 11/14 after lunch?

Anyone know how they get their data? Is there a web hook somewhere or is he getting a feed through a dealer etc?

Yeah, not sure what's going on at JG. What makes it confusing, is that my dealer emailed saying my Jeep has been built and is at the rail yard awaiting shipment. However, JG still shows me at D1.

I checked the recent post to the JG tracking and one of the forum members post this:

"Another forum I was using to track has recently ended new tracking, saying that FCA was cracking down on people using their resources to track for forums. I hope that isn't the case here."

This wouldn't even be a problem if FCA would have a better (more accurate) tracking (online) than calling, emailing, or chatting.

I could foresee this happening especially if they are collecting revenue and utilizing FCA resources to track..

It would suck if they stopped tracking the day before my Jeep was built, especially after paying for it at JG. I mainly paid for detailed tracking because I ordered from an out of town dealer and wanted to know when to make travel and hotel arrangements to pick up the Jeep.

Hopefully everyone's health is well who administers this list (and everyone else of course). I came down with pneumonia practically over night and that literally stopped everything going on short of basic survival functions. We are in flu season folks and I heard there are some other nasty viral things going around. Hopefully the list gets updated soon but more importantly hopefully everyone is healthy.

Thank you so much! I'm in my 30's and exercise aggressively, eat extremely healthy, and hadn't been to the docs in about a decade. My daughter had a cold on a Friday night I thought I may be coming down with something but no biggie, its that time of year. Next day the 102 fever started and finally I caved in on Weds to go to the doc after the fever wouldn't break and I was coughing up gobs of brown crap. I was pretty worried for a bit. They did the chest x rays and confirmed I had pneumonia that day. I ended up losing 7lbs that week and it was real weight and I still have a deep cough but by comparison I feel so much better. I'm still taking it easy but it was no joke. Last year I think nationwide flu vaccinations was for the wrong strain but I did ask when I was in how flu was and so far I was told its really mild so that is a plus for everyone. They did mention a crazy viral bug going around far worse than normal so my best wishes for everyone. No one wants to be sick over the holidays or when we are getting our new Jeeps! Also though, that would probably be my luck.

We will be able to track all orders that are currently submitted for tracking but won't be able to take new orders for the time being. I apologize for any inconvenience" Hope we are not in same boat.

I agree. If the current lag is temporary, then I understand. However, the only reason I paid for a membership was to track my order. I won't be too happy if it has been shut down going forward.
