In comparison, your 2 door Jeep is a lot closer to the station wagon Jeep than it is to the 1941 MB shown on the windshield. Does that tick you off?Nope, the station wagon Jeeps all get the iconic image of the 2-Door on their windshields and on their automatic gearshift levers. I've always wondered if it ticks them off...![]()

VEE VILL AHSK DEE KVESCHUNZ!!!I had a 73 Gran Torino Station Wagon in the 80's when I was in high school. I loved it. It had a 351 4 bolt main. It still had less horse power than my Wrangler. While I was in Germany I kept trying to find a reasonably priced BMW wagon to drive while I was stationed there. The Station Wagon analogy doesn't bother me. Even when Mark Allen called it a wagon on a TFL video from the introduction of the new JL's. This is my opinion but I feel like any 4 door SUV is just the modern equivalent for the station wagon. They got replaced in the 90's by all the new SUVs copying the XJ.
which brand of lights are those ? im diggin themI purposely put a "station wagon" jeep in that corner on my new windshield. Going for accuracy here damnit. Yes, that's an F-16 chasing it down.

This made me stop and think about what I knew. I grew up in Wyoming when hand signaling was the prescribed method on the books although they allowed electric turn signals as an appropriate substitution, ha. I just looked up their law and they've slightly changed it to say stopping and turning can be done by either hand and arm or by signal lamps. Washington State, where I now live, has no provision in their law for manual signaling, indicating all of it must be done using electric turn signals.converted the front marker lights to turn signals to be street legal,
Morimoto 2Bangers. Highly recommend them ?which brand of lights are those ? im diggin them
really ? nice ok, what's the lumens ? or model number so i can check it out, thanksMorimoto 2Bangers. Highly recommend them ?
Depends on what type you go for. I went for NCS because I didn't need a ton of light to get what I wanted (amber with throw distance being about what LED high beams can do). HXB maxes out on the 2Banger at like 2000 lumen so it's more than enough to blind someone coming at you from the next city over (not really but you get what I'm saying). They offer them in a variety of sizes and outputs so you'll find something you like for sure. https://www.morimotohid.com/banger-off-road/led-pod-lightsreally ? nice ok, what's the lumens ? or model number so i can check it out, thanks
Yer telling me there’s somewhere worse than Ca. WOW- Dad’s 3A still has no signals or seatbelts but does have 2 taillights. Even one taillight is legal if it was factory equipment. unless it has changed and it’s been illegal for the last 20 years or so. Ca did reduce no brakes required towing from 4,500 to 1,500 lbs. haven’t been caught— yet ?Our '46 CJ2A (Serial # 36666). Belonged to my grandfather, then my cousin when grandpa passed. I got it from my cousin in '99 or '00. It's been restored to near original condition. Orig. engine and tranny. Added tail lights, converted the front marker lights to turn signals to be street legal, replaced all metal on right side, replaced front and rear floor boards.

I'll tell ya...my CJ is so small (I've been nearly t-boned twice at the same 4-way stop intersection) that in addition to the turn signals I ALWAYS use hand signals. I've also wondered if drivers would even realize what they were seeing in an arm extended downward to indicate stopping.I'll tell ya...my CJ is so small (I've been nearly t-boned twice at the same 4-way stop intersection) that in addition to the turn signals I ALWAYS use hand signals. Nah, windshield with the toy jeep broke like a Chinese Christmas toy long ago. Put in a real no name Chinese windshield for $175.Nope, the station wagon Jeeps all get the iconic image of the 2-Door on their windshields and on their automatic gearshift levers.
