I'm in the US, but I will say it is a great investment if you can get it there.

I made up a hard top lift in my shed using 5 spare assorted yachting blocks, some old yachting ropes and a specialised boat trailer winch that has a clutch drag system which I bought off Gumtree. Total cost $50 but if you had to buy all the gear the cost would be around $300
The hard top now lives out of the way up in roof space above my car so when i decided to take the soft top off it's an easy job to lower the hard top back on.

This is brand new; just shipping from manufacturing to the retailer in the US. Should have them in our hands in July. I don’t know about distribution in Australia but it might be worth looking into. The owner John has been very responsive so far.
