It doesn’t sound like the wheel bearing is the source of the slack, but that could be a cell phone audio issue. The noise is very sharp. What drove you to lift up the rear wheels and shake them?
Was going to do some maintenance and change wheels.

Thank you all for your insights and replies! Do you think replacing the axle shafts to chromoly shafts is a good fix?
I guess it would also offer a significant upgrade over stock.

I do have a Sahara with Dana 44 Narrow SelecTrac.

Bearings going was my excuse to finally upgrade to chromoly. Though in hind sight, the stock shafts are in perfect condition and it could have justified me buying a press for the next time the bearings go. 🤷‍♂️

Is the bearing making adverse noise while driving? Those wheel ends are supposed to have endplay as you have shown in your video.
mine doesn't have any endplay but I do have a rubicon with the full floater..I have had 4 prior JK's and they all had a little end play on the rear. I know this sounds odd but if you hold the wheel/tire at the 9 and 3 position do you get the same amount of play. also take your wheel off and use a dial indicator to see if you are getting any run out on the axle using the rotor surface.
