Is the tracking system down?

I ordered my Rubicon with the Extreme Recon package and the One Touch power roof on March 12th, I got an email from the dealer here in Central Oregon that I have a shipping date of 4/12. Well I haven't heard from the dealer for a bit so 2 weeks ago he said he couldn't check on the order because the order tracking system was hacked into. Is this true? Has anybody else heard of this? And if anybody knows how long the shipping takes to the Northwest area? Thanks.

I called the dealer the other day to check on my order and she said they havent been able to get an update in almost a month.
