IPC failure recall indicators

I have read about this recall impacting ~38K Wranglers and Gladiators manufactured btw 2018-24. If any owners have this recall and experienced the IPC failure, I am just wondering if there were any indicators that it was about to fail or if it simply just went blank. Thanks for any and all replies.

I had lower dash lights not illuminate. Dealer said I had a ICP fault found in OBDII read. Didn't help. Lighting problem was chewed up wires under cover of handbrake. There was a pound of candy in there too.
