Jamie checking in here. A Jeep has always been on my car "bucket list". My wife and I bought a Motorhome (Tiffin Wayfarer) last fall and there was my excuse to buy a Jeep! Bought a 2021 Wrangler 80th Anniversary Edition last week. Looking forward to digging in to upgrades and issues on here.

Hi everyone! Im Stanley and brand new to Jeeps. Sounds like a introduction for someone with a addiction. (Lets hope so). I just picked up a brand new 2 door Wrangler Sport manual transmission. I’ve only had it 18 hours so far it seems like it’s going to be fun.

Unfortunately im already having a engine shutter problem. I’ll get that taken care of soon hopefully.

Happy trails!

Hello all,

Got my first JL in February after a long hiatus away from Jeeps.

Formerly I've owned maybe a dozen Jeeps. From my first CJ in high school to now I've had Grand Wagoneers (a 1969 with the old "dauntless" engine and a 85), a couple Cherokees, I did a frame-off build of a 75 CJ5, a 96 ZJ 5.9L (I regret ever getting rid of that one) and a 09 JK 2dr.

Current model is a 24 Willys. Just getting started on it, but it is more capable now than any other stock vehicle I've ever owned.

I've spent hundreds of hours over on more angry corners of 4x4 internet before the schism and on the newer, still angry corner of the internet. I'll probably see plenty of familiar user names here I'm sure.

Unfortunately, I have moved away from my beloved rock crawling grounds in Colorado to sunnier and warmer latitudes. I'm still looking for places to wheel in my area. It seems like it is a lot of mud and not rocks. Probably going to be fun with much less breakage, but much more cleanup.

Anyways, nice to meet y'all and see you out on the trails!

Coming to this forum after buying a used 2024 Sahara 4XE. I have been foolish before, Reading the comments here i must be really stupid. I don't think so - the hybrid version i hope makes a great production vehicle. i have had a ton of cars and SUVs and driven more than a few of them in war zones and even in San Francisco And Manhattan. if this cool jeep goes south - i got extended bumper to bumper warranty that includes a free rental. If is goes really south to make it stupid - i have already written it off... But i dont think it will go that way. Glad to have this forum - howdy.
