Hey I gotta know, what kind and size are those wheels, they are beautiful!
Mammoth type 88 wheels 17 X 9. I bought them from Extreme Terrain. They're mounted with 33 X 11 tires. I went with their suggested setup. It's a little more aggressive than what I planned for, but I like it, especially after adding some Rubicon takeoff springs and Teraflex 9550 shocks.

Hello Everyone - just upgraded my 2018 Sting Gray Rubicon to a 2021 Billet Silver Rubicon. Added some of the options I was missing from my last one, with the most significant adding the Sky one touch power top.

Hi all,

Just put down an order for a 2019 JLU Sahara in Bright White. This will be my first Wrangler and I currently have a jeep renegade trailhawk which i'll be part exchanging.

I'm hoping to make some friends on these forums and a group to go on adventures with!

So if anyone is based in South-East England, United Kingdom let me know :)

I'll add pictures when I receive the vehicle.

Happy New Year everyone!
Been lurking but new member, 2020 JLU sport. First Jeep and wanted to go through a build to see how each mod enhances the jeep from stock form. Coming from a Tacoma, I’m digging it so far.

Hello all. Just ordered my first Jeep Wrangler. Snazzberry Sahara 4Xe. No idea when I’ll see it, but I hope it’s a better experience than when I ordered my Pacifica PHEV. That one took almost 7 months to get. But it ended up being worth the wait, and I’m sure this will too.

Hey,

From Edmonton, AB, Canada. First time Wrangler owner, 2nd time Jeep owner (had a '11 Grand Cherokee V8 Overland).

Until this weekend, had a new '21 Bronco Badlands on reservation, but for many reasons, decided to cancel.

Just placed a factory order for a '21 JLUR from Innisfail, AB.

Final specs:
  • 2021 JLU Rubicon
  • 3.6L V6 with e-torque & 8-speed auto
  • White with white fenders
  • Factory 33 K02's OWL
  • Dark Saddle Leather
  • Steel Bumper Group
  • Remote Proximity Entry
  • LED Package
  • U-Connect 4C Group + Sound Group
  • Safety Group
  • Cold Climate Group
  • Sky One-Touch Power Top (This was a HUGE selling feature for us)
  • Integrated Off-Road Package
  • Cargo Management Group with Trail Rail
  • Tow Package
  • Remote Proximity Keyless Entry
  • 4:1 Rock-Trac HD Full-Time 4WD System
ETA is hopefully late March, but that is dependent on the Sky One-Touch Roof, which I'm told is not in stock at the factory right now.

Lastly, the JL was purchased as tow rig for a new custom off-road teardrop we are having made for delivery late '21. Preliminary rendering attached.

Hi all - Similar to the prior poster, I'm a prior Jeep owner ~15 years ago with a '98 XJ, and ordered a '21 JLU Sahara last month, my first Wrangler. I've been reading these forums quite a bit the past several months to learn as much as possible from other owners.

I've wanted to get back to Jeep and specifically a Wrangler for several years. I delayed for a long time, not wanting to part with my fun summer car which was a 2004 VW R32 that I was the original owner of. For summer "vacation" this year I rented a JLU for a week and the entire family had a blast doing a couple of day trips and ordinary summer drives to the pool, ice cream, etc. So the JLU will assume the role of fun summer car and also become the new daily driver - owning a fun car plus a daily driver, neither of which were driven much these days, was tough to rationalize.

The spec'd build is:
  • Hydro blue pearl with black cloth interior
  • 3.6L V6 with 6-speed manual transmission
  • Anti-spin differential rear axle
  • Black 3-piece hard top
  • Cold weather group
  • Engine block heater
  • LED lighting group
  • Remote proximity keyless entry
  • Trailer tow and HD electrical group

Here to try and keep up with all the latest developments!
Lusting over the 392, really hoping that they will apply to a 2dr someday (or maybe do my own)...

Hello everyone,

Greetings from good old Germany.

I still do not own a Jeep Wrangler but it´s my intention to buy one this year.

During our last summer holidays in Italy my wife and me visited a dealer´s Jeep promotion on a street festival, just for fun.
“The next car we will buy is a such one”, she said to me after we had just entered a Jeep Wrangler. Wow.
Being always a car nerd my whole life long, I agreed.

Weeks later, back in Germany, we test drove a JL Unlimited Sahara 2.0 and felt in love with this car.

Currently, our fun cars are a Corvette C4 and a C6. Something totally different, I know.

I still struggle a little bit with the decision, if my first Jeep shall become a JLU Sahara or a JLU Rubicon.

I hope to share some useful information here.

Hello everyone,

finally, I bought a Jeep Wrangler.

You should know, that it is not so easy to get a new Jeep Wrangler in Germany that meets your expectations / configuration.

Why?

Well, the European market seems to be too small to consider the customers individual requests.
FCA defines the configurations of the cars that they ship to Europe, not the customer.

If you visit the German Jeep homepage, you could believe that YOU as the customer are able to configure a car but that is not the case.
With that "wish list" you can contact your local dealer and he checks the pool of cars in stock and if a car with the requested options is available.
If that is the case, you are lucky, if not, you have to accept that some options are missing or that some options, that you don´t want, are included.

In November 2020, I found a car that could fullfil all my option requests. I signed the contract.

The next problem was, to register the car.
You should know, that the Berlin government (the greens and the reds) has a strict "anti-car" policy.
Therefore, they do not really suport the admission offices.
It can take some weeks to get the registration for your car.
Now, I got it and I´m looking forward to drive the car.

It is a Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited Sahara 2,0 T-GDI with the Sky-One-Touch-Roof in Granite Crystal Metallic (manufactured in June 2020).
