Old thread but didn't see one more recent. This was really helpful identifying the fluid capacity of the transmission and transfer case.
This morning I did the transmission at 18980 miles. I'll get the transfer case tomorrow.
This little pump made the job simple...
You're right. I too am enjoying my ACT with heavier flywheel, over 3k miles on it now. I just got my hopes up too high reading other success stories with reimbursement.
Expected to be denied the reimbursement request and did not submit for quite some time, but after seeing others have some success recently I gave it a shot. Indeed I was denied, despite submitting receipts and credit card statements, for insufficient documentation and modifying the vehicle. I...
I have 6-ton jacks from US Jack, seem sturdy and safe. I wanted something US made, dual locking mechanism, and perimeter ringed. Buy once cry never?

Agree with above poster on the clean lines. Only thing I dislike is the larger crash cans.
Iāve yet to see this bumper on a mild or no lift JLU with 33s, curious how that looksā¦itās great with 35s and moderate lifts.
If only āJeep peopleā bought Jeeps, I think thereād be fewer āJeep peopleā because the vehicles would become an expensive low volume niche.

At 5 pages and plenty of comments already, I'm just padding my post count:
Decide how you're going to use the Jeep. Do you want to shift your own gears? If so,
Expect to upgrade to an aftermarket clutch and heavier flywheel
Expect to re-gear, 4.10s are a minimum requirement for the 6MT...

I don't recall, did you drive the ACT or OEM clutch/flywheel? The heavier flywheel is a game changer.
Looking at Eaton options at the link below, how does one know which non-Rubicon rear M220 is installed? Iāve got the LSD equipped narrow track (ie non-Rubicon) rear M220, but no idea about spline qty.
32 spline for my '21 M220...
