New to this forum but not new to Wrangler's. Been using the "Jeep Wrangler 4xe " forum but came over here to look at other rigs that leave the pavement. This is my 3rd wrangler, previous ones were a JK and JKU.

I'm not going to bore anyone with all of the dirty details but my wife bought this JLU (January 2024 /w 300 miles) then it spent 3 months at the dealer waiting for a new transmission. She ended up buying something else so now I guess it's mine. I'm actively trying to sell it but it's becoming clear a 4xe is not very desirable and with the glut of wranglers at dealers, it isn't worth much so I'm feeling like I'm stuck with it. First world problem for sure. I like the thing for the most part. It's got good power and it uses less gas than my truck. It's a custom build by Stellantis/Jeep so it's unique and has its own story.

Hello all,
Just got the 2024 replacement for my ‘04 Rubi that I built from stock.
I'm much older and much less nimble than I was when the TJ was built so I’m looking forward to just driving the 2024 like it is for a while.
I was pleasantly shocked to find that the ‘24 was built with 4:88 gears. Less to buy when I do eventually put 37s on it. 🤪

Nice looking TJ! I traded in my '06 Sport for my 2024 4xe. Too bad I couldn't keep both, but I only have one small garage. The first thing I asked the dealer was if I could drive a 2024 to my house to see if it would fit!

The 2024 has so much more pickup! And yeah, I went for a little luxury with the SOT since I can no longer handle changing tops.

Hey all. New to me 2019 Rubicon here. Super low mileage (32k) and meticulously maintained. Seriously like a brand new vehicle.

Greetings, Everybody. I joined the JL forum after recently becoming the new owner of a 2021 JLR.

I've owned Jeeps on and off since 1998. In between Jeeps I've owned two Mitsubishi Monteros (1995 and 1998) and a 1999 Toyota Landcruiser. I can find positive attributes on all of the 4x4s that I've owned, but at the moment I'm really enjoying the JLR. I put Kenda Klever 35x10.50s on it and will run it stock for a while.

I live in the central Rockies in Colorado at 8000 feet and have quick access to routes like Pearl Pass, Montezuma Basin, and Taylor Pass.

I'm already impressed by the amount of knowledge on this forum.

Cheers.

I get paid to drive Jeeps :)
Jeep Wave to all! I'm Lori from the Missouri Ozarks and have a new black 2024 JLU Sport S 6-speed (Of course!!!😎😎😎) on order through the dealership where I work part-time as a driver. I LOVE convertibles (I also have a 2013 VW Beetle TDI 6-speed convertible), but I went with the hardtop/Sunrider option so I can have an enclosed trunk space that's more practical to access, as well as leather to keep clean more easily. I went with aftermarket DeeZee running boards, and I'll be having heated seats added locally before it gets too terribly cold. I also ordered the tow package. And green....there will be LOTS of green flair....:like:

The primary reason that I was able to do this is because I've been responsible for my mom ever since my stepdad passed away in February. She has numerous health challenges so we make a lot of trips to the VA. She has an easier time climbing into a truck than getting down into a car, but Pa's truck and ours are both huge and exhausting to deal with, along with her wheelchair, walker, etc. so we've decided to sell one of them and get a Wrangler; I really need something bigger than a car, but smaller than a truck. Bonus: I can take the electric cooler to Costco a lot easier than in my Bug, and I can haul my motorcycles with the Jeep a lot easier, too!!!👍👍👍

I had a 1974 CJ5 years ago (I'll dig out a picture when I get a minute) that I only kept for six months. It was lifted and had no steps so I had a hard time getting in and out of it in a dress and still looking like a lady, it had indoor shag carpet on the floor that ended up getting left out in the rain too often ( I went through A LOT of Lysol), and it sucked gas like you wouldn't believe (Well, actually this group probably would!!) I've driven the JL's at work and they are MUCH more civilized than they used to be so I'm super excited to finally be getting my own!!!

We have a VIN! Estimated delivery is October 14. I was dismayed to read that Wrangler production has shut down due to supply chain issues with wiring harnesses. Hopefully my Wrangler will be home soon!!!

Just sold my 2015 JKU Hard Rock, in anticipation of getting a 392! I've been a member of another Wrangler forum for a few years, but this one seems like it gets a lot more traffic on the JL side, so 👋
