Interior Lighting w Soft Top

Yeah, I should have read how I worded that, totally confusing. My apologies. I'm also used to my dome and cargo light going away when the top came off the Scout.
Honestly The dome light is ok, I'm more concerned with rear. With the hard top I added a hanging flashlight that's somewhat directional and another light mounted to the liftgate which gives me good lighting inside and out. With a soft top I'm looking to add something different to the middle and rear of the jeep. I was thinking maybe a couple led strips, one mounted to the rear bar, and one to the rear framework of the soft top where it's not in the way when the top is folded down or panels are taken off. I'm not sure yet how the soft top is set up, it's still in a box in the garage.

I really like this little guy inside above the back glass. Motion sensing in low light only. Hard top on mine. Maybe you can figure a way for your soft top.
