Hello everyone

So I yesterday I went to the dealership for the big maintenance at 6 years.
They changed the following:
Timing belt
Serpentine belt
Water pump
Al the belt tensioners
Fuel filter
Oil filter and oil
Air filter and cabin filter
For all that I paid €2100 (without 21% VAT)
My question is: do they need to work close to the intercooler to replace any of those things?
Today I left in the morning and noticed a loud turbo noise so I returned to the dealership and they told me that the intercooler has a crack which was not there before the maintenance. I told them the intercooler was fine before the maintenance but the dealership refuses to take responsibility. My opinion is that they need to work close to it to replace the serpentine belt.
Also has anybody else had the same problem and how much did you pay for it?

There is every chance that they broke it, but it's also impossible to prove it. So, you are shit out of luck man.

The dealership now suddenly denies that the intercooler broke and that the loud turbo noise is normal. To me it is not normal at all.
This morning I noticed oil under the engine. Upon looking I noticed the following:
Oil is leaking from the hose coming from the turbo going to the intercooler. The rubber hose where it is leaking is also starting to get loose.
Now i am wondering why there is so much oil in the boost part (a little is normal but not that much) en why the turbo makes so much noise.
The thing is that is still drives perfect
