I am purchasing a 2024 Sahara from a dealer about 500 miles away. The Jeep is still on it's way to the dealership. It was just a stock order, but it has all the options that I wanted (except for the trailer tow pkg...but I can add that).

I downloaded a copy of the build sheet and I see "INTEGRATED OFF-ROAD CAMERA" listed under the optional equipment. Does that mean that it has the front camera? I don't see any mention of that on the window sticker.

That seems odd - I thought only rubis could get the front cameras. But if it’s not that, I have no idea what it could be.

maybe you got lucky and someone put a working camera on your Jeep by mistake, or maybe just a typo on tbe build sheet, or (most likely) I’m just wrong all around.

keep us posted, with pics please:)

Keeping my fingers crossed that what I am seeing on the build sheet is accurate! I will let you know as soon as I see it in a few weeks.

integrated off road camera (front camera) is included with the technology group package on saharas, if it's in transit you should be able to see the window sticker too no?

I stand corrected! Mine (Sahara with that package, too) didn’t have it so they probably added it at some point since 2019 I guess?

Just as an FYI, the trailer tow package in not really as easy to add as it sounds. The hitch itself is cheap and easy, of course. But the trailer wiring costs a good deal more and is a lot more complicated to install, plus you'll need to pay a dealership or buy a Tazer / OBD programmer to activate it. Same with the aux switches. And to get the full suite of trailer tow package upgrades, you'll also need to upgrade the battery (and I think also the alternator, and maybe even radiator). You should always get the factory tow package when you can, because it's a giant pain in the butt to acquire and install everything that it adds, and probably costs more in the end.

That being said, I made the same decision as you and bought a Wrangler off the lot knowing that it didn't have the tow package, because it wasn't worth it to me to wait for a custom build order. And I installed all the parts for it myself. But it sucked and I would never recommend others do the same if they can avoid it.

Regarding offroad camera, at first I regretted not having that factory option too, but as it turns out it wouldn't really have worked for me anyways, since my winch and bull bar would have completely blocked it. Ended up installing an aftermarket camera on my bull bar, and it's working great. There's really no need for the spray nozzle system, it's a total gimmick. I've never had to clean my front camera lens, it stays perfectly clean on its own.

I believe the "Trailer Tow Pkg" is the set up for you towing your Jeep behind you on your RV or truck etc. I almost ordered it and that is what I was told, for me a waste of money...I don't tow my Jeep.

The "Trailer Tow Pkg" I am referring to is for towing a small trailer once or twice a year, but I am aware of the pkg you are referring to....and I too have no need for that.

YEP, the verbiage is very confusing and I had put it on my original order and my sales guy said I did not know you have a RV? That is how I found out, don't have one and do not need it...

The trailer package is pretty nice, its not about the jeep being towed. It not only adds the hitch, but two types of trailer light connections. Inside you have 4 auxiliary switches that run through the head unit where you can program how the power is supplied to whatever is plugged in. ( constant, aux power etc). Under the hood is a capped wiring harness labeled aux1-4, and all you have to do is connect the hot lead to the harness and your ready to go.

What aftermarket camera did you install and what are you using for the display? I want to add one to my TRX but I can't find anything suitable.

The "Trailer Tow Pkg" is for when you TOW the Jeep behind a truck, RV or what ever.

Here is my window sticker on my 2024 JLR and you will note I have the 7 pin connector and all the rest of that, first column last entry and its NOT "Trailer Tow Pkg" nor is that anywhere on my window sticker...
