I have a set of brackets bought off Amazon that hang the doors from in the window channel. I need this due to the window visors on the doors. They work fine, but take up a lot of real estate on the wall. I saw a picture on here at one time where a guy made a hanger that utilized the in channel brackets but allowed 2 doors to be stored at the same time from each hanger. The front doors went up against the wall, and he stored the rear doors on the same bracket, just in front of the other doors. Hope that makes sense. Basically, you have the garage wall, the front door, then the rear door. So it took up half the wall space, it just stuck out further into the garage.

I cant find that pic anymore. I was going to try and copy that idea. Just didn't know what he used to mount the in channel brackets to.

Anyone remember that picture?

I was wondering about door storage as well. Mine, along with windows, stay off for extended periods of time and I don't have anywhere to put a hanger, so I was wondering if there was a stand like a bike rack to sit on the ground? Maybe I make one with 2x4 and plywood scrap from my work, or go the PCV pipe route? (With foam/carpet to prevent scratching of course.
