Thanks for the tips and and pictures, used @hoag4147 measurements and mounted the hangers on 2x6’s. Saved me a bunch of time today.

TBH, Im not sure those hinge hangers are a great idea. When the doors are on the jeep, they are supported on both the hinge side and the open side with the latch. In these hinge hangers, there is a lot of unneeded torque applied to those hinges for however long youre going to keep them on the wall. Personally, Id prefer the upper frame hanger method.
