I doubt it's Photoshop because there are multiple angles on the dealer website showing the rendered model consistently ill-equipped.

Given the supply shortages , I think this is an accurate picture of what Jeep can make today from what's in the parts bins at the factory.

My guess is 3d modeling gone awry. What can be done is pretty impressive - here's an example of what NVIDIA put out 7 years ago.
