Only 3 days were left on my subscription. I did not print all of it but the ones that I can do. Like engine oil, transfer case fluid, brake fluid, diff fluid coolant, and transmission fluid. I put them in a folder with my small maintenance book. So now I will mention "Official service proedure" in my records. Like when I do Transfer case fluid I will write "Transfer case fluid changed following the official service proecedure attached"

If you buy your fluids/filters at Amazon they keep a record back until the begining of time. You don't need to retain receipts yet you have proof of DIY service if you are trying to make a warranty claim down the road. I have purchases dating back to 1999.

That's a great way of doing it too, but I love keeping physical paperwork
