If you paid with a credit card then look into disputing the charge with them. We bought some kayaks a few years back only to figure out it was an online scam. Credit card company returned our funds.

I actually like the 4xe. For what it is it’s great for my business. It’s cheap on gas when tuning it for in town errands and the dealership I bought it from is really good. So overall it works for my use case

So I have a 4xe that we are putting a rooftop tent on an awning and some storage drawers in. My wife will use it for Dog Agility Weekends. We ordered drawers from Wheels & Feels in April and payed for their expedited service. And boy was that a mistake. We have had exactly zero contact from them, they don’t answer emails, phone, text, webchat, Facebook or What’s App. After leaving multiple messages since mid May today we receive a tracking number but it’s only a label. No actual shipping. No refund for the 10 day turn around. Nothing!! As far as I’m concerned this was a mistake of epic proportions. I should have bought from somewhere else. Now my wife has to travel without the drawers because we were ripped off by a company that can’t be bothered to do customer service.

I did, multiple times. It arrived Monday. I will never buy from you again. One of the boards was drilled so poorly the screw just pushed through the side. You ignored me for weeks. You don’t respond to your chat bot, you don’t respond to emails, you don’t respond to phone calls. I had to escalate to PayPal to prompt you to respond. Then you provided a 10 day old tracking number.

I would advise anyone considering your product to go anywhere else.
