Alright, this isn't my first rodeo, but maybe I'm missing something.
I'm running a redneck ram tapped black steering box I swapped in to my JL 392 w/ a PSC 1.625 ram. Got it all mounted today because I'm trying to get this up and running ASAP before this weekend's big central TX Jeep event @ Wolf Caves.
I probably have a bit more burping to do, but I've probably cycled it lock to lock ~100x off the ground and another 30 on the ground. The froth has calmed down a lot.
Now, full clock left, no issues, although I think I would have preferred a 1.5 vs the 1.625 because I think its slower.
But, full clock right I hit resistance about 3/4 to full lock right. It feels like you would if it had a major air bubble/interference(ram hitting something, etc). BUT, ram isn't hitting anything at all.
Other than just running the cap off and burping it until the cows come home, any idea what else it could be?
