I am looking for a hydralic trolley jack that would work without me having to add a wood block to get enough height so I could change my tires.

Thanks

See your from Toronto. This guy from Canadian Tire is solid. Can lift 24" @ full extension whereas most other trolley jacks do 17 to 19" on avg.

I own one and can confirm it can lift a 2020 jlu sahara off the ground no issues from the side frame with capacity to spare. My older trolley jack (unknown spec) couldn't even lift it off the ground at full extension whereas it worked fine for regular passenger cars.

If you're lifting the jeep from the frame to change a tire, you're doing it wrong. Just put the jack pad under the axle somewhere to lift the axle so you don't have to worry about axle droop. For the rear axle, put the jack under the differential, lifts both sides about equally. Get a set of jack stands to support the axle.
