I am heavily considering the new 4xe wrangler but the cost is my biggest barrier so I wanted to see how much it would end up saving me in the long run to justify the spend. I came across this calculator and I thought I'd share it with anyone interested in the savings comparison.

While everyone's cost will be different. Finance cost, government kickbacks ect. Your hybrid MPG is way off the charts high. Need to figure real world MPG and cost of electricity. We also don't have a really good idea about what the hybrids will be worth compared to gas and diesel rigs over time either For me it is maybe a 3k lower initial cost and maybe 20-40% lower fuel cost.
