Hub Centric vs. Lug Centric?

I buy dedicated winter wheels and tires for most of my vehicles. I have had both metal and plastic rings. Never had a problem with either material rotating wheels 2 times per season.

Guess YMMV, had plastics on our Infiniti and they barely made it a season.

I was pleasantly surprised that the steel wheels on my Sport are hub-centric. I also have hub-centric adapters on the TJ for the newer wheels. Just my choice.
