Yeti has to put a warning label on its cups to not put them in a dishwasher because there is a 1 in 100,000 chance that you could damage a cup in such a way that water could contact the lead solder in the bottom of the cup and cause a microscopic amount of lead transfer to the inside of your dishwasher. Here you are running straight federal premium. Lol. Any chance you have white bands on your fingernails????

It's a dangerous life I live. Just the other day, I ate food out of a plastic bowl that I used to heat up said food in the microwave.

I take steps to protect myself from lead poisoning. Like my wife with 12 personalities does not have the combinations to the gun safes. I would be fine with personalities numbers 1,2,5,6,7,9,11 having the combinations, but they all talk among themselves and personality 4, 8, and 12 can be manipulative and potentially dangerous.

My wife is gone on a 4 day quilting retreat with her girlfriends. I am cleaning up wheels and getting ready to mount 40s on my bead lock wheels. The bead lock rings have seen better days. So, I used a 120 grit sanding wheel on the rings and then washed them in the dishwasher. I also clean guns in the dishwasher.

The rings were looking like this.

After sanding them and running them through the dishwasher, they are looking like this.

Trying to decide if I should sand them with a fine grit sand paper and rubbing compound to get them to a mirror finish and then fill in the scars with a red paint, and seal with a clearcoat, Think like paint the scars, then use a flat sander to take all the red off the flat surfaces. Might look cool?
