I am going to cut down the crush cans on my 392 Final Edition. What are the part numbers for the crush can plastic covers for non winch Wrangler?

My question is on the difference between the Diesel and 392 Wrangler battery boxes where the FUSE boxes are mounted.

I am specifically looking to know/understand why the fuse box of the Diesel Wrangler sits ~2" lower than the fuse box of the 392 Wrangler when everything else looks to be installed/mounted in similar locations on that side of the engine compartment.

The 392 fuse box has ~3" of space below it.

1. Do the battery boxes have the same part number?
1a. If not what are the specific part numbers using the VINs referenced below?

2. Do the fuse boxes have the same part number?
2a. If not what are the specific part numbers using the VINs referenced below?

I offer the following VINs to use for answering my questions:

2021 392 Wrangler: 1C4JJXSJ4MW824344

2021 Diesel Wrangler: 1C4JJXFM4MW526414

I want to see if I can swap out my 392 battery and/or fuse box to have the lower fuse box from the Diesel model.

Thanks!

Hi Benny,

What is the correct name and part number for the 10 bolt faux beadlock rings for the '23 Xtreme Recon models? The wheel is listed as 17–Inch x 8.0–Inch Beadlock–Capable Wheel on my window sticker.
Please include info on the the screws, too.

Thanks!

Hi Bryan,
I wouldnt say there are specific versions of seals. There is a revised/improved header seal that includes the corner muckets shown in your first pic, This is linked below
https://parts.allmoparparts.com/oem-parts/mopar-windshield-header-weatherstrip-68271695ai

As for the B pillar muckets they are as follows
Left

Right
https://parts.allmoparparts.com/oem-parts/mopar-b-pillar-belt-body-side-seal-right-68271722ae

I will send you a cod you can use but please let me know if you have any other questions or need any other info.

- Benny

Hi,
I do not have engineering notes as to why Mopar makes these changes but I provided the parts info that I could lookup below

2021 392 Wrangler: 1C4JJXSJ4MW824344
Tray No data shown for this & mopar could not provide it either. I looked up a 23 392 and found part # 5043120AE to be used.
PDC 68520858AA

2021 Diesel Wrangler: 1C4JJXFM4MW526414
Tray 68275852AE
PDC 68481780AB

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you,
- Benny

@Benny Thanks again. I tried to replace the seal this weekend and found all these additional parts were needed after I pulled the old one off.
