Make sure you inspect all parts prior to installation. I purchased a Rubicon Steel Bumper and installed it the day it was delivered. It was not until after I installed that I noticed some damage sustained in shipping (seemingly).

I contacted @AllMoparParts.com on the Jeep Gladiator forum and haven't gotten a response yet.
I also emailed their sales team and was told they cannot help me since I installed the parts on my truck.

I understand where they're coming from, but seems mildly absurd to refuse to work with me at all.
The parts I'm asking them to replace are not expensive parts.

Here's a photo of the dented for lamp bezels on the bumper. The bumper took a beating before it arrived at my door.

There were also some small marks in the powder coat on the bumper itself but I decided to just fix those with some touch up paint.

Update: AllMoparParts.com salses guy (not the guy on this forum) is now claiming they can't help because they don't know if the damage was caused during installation. While I understand what he means, I believe AllMoparParts.com are being extremely unreasonable to assert that I caused this damage while installing the bumper.

Sorry I was out for some time. I believe they may have older stock when cost was way lower. I do not see a bare or lower cost option of this manifold from Mopar. I am sorry but this piece is not serviceable, You would need a new flare assembly.

Thanks. Yes. I understand you were away. It happens. That's why I reached out to customer service. I DM'd you on the JeepGladiator forum, FYI.

Yes, It's a reasonable policy.
What's unreasonable to me is, even after seeing photos, the guy I emailed just flat out refused to help me... claimed he didn't know if I damaged the Fog Light Bezels during installation. I asked him to call so I could have a conversation about it and then he ignored me.

It's ludicrous to assert that the bezels were damaged during installation of the bumper.

Anyway, when I messaged the sales guy from your company again, stating I would share my experience on these forums, he changed his tune and THEN said maybe he could help. BAD customer service. Very dismissive until I threatened to share my experience.

By then, I had ordered another set of Bezels elsewhere.

Thanks Benny— same company. I was wondering what the “kit” includes that may be required for installation and purchased separately other than gaskets that aren’t ~$200
