Do they get the new trans from Mopar? Are they on back order?

Yes, It's a reasonable policy.
What's unreasonable to me is, even after seeing photos, the guy I emailed just flat out refused to help me... claimed he didn't know if I damaged the Fog Light Bezels during installation. I asked him to call so I could have a conversation about it and then he ignored me.

It's ludicrous to assert that the bezels were damaged during installation of the bumper.

Anyway, when I messaged the sales guy from your company again, stating I would share my experience on these forums, he changed his tune and THEN said maybe he could help. BAD customer service. Very dismissive until I threatened to share my experience.

By then, I had ordered another set of Bezels elsewhere.

I replied to your PM with an offer to reimburse the bezels at our dealer cost since you already purchased them. Unfortunately there are dishonest people in this world therefore we have to set policies as such. I dont think anyone is claiming the bezels were damaged during the installation process. In the past we have had customers mount wheels, Curb them then claim they arrived like that but failed to inspect them. This is just one example of the scenarios we have dealt with.

Please let me know if you accept the offer and I will have it processed.

No they are not, Here is an excerpt from the install process


INSTALLATION

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.

• Inspect the condition of the seals. Seals can be re-used if not damaged. Position the seal in the seal channel and press lightly into place. Repeat procedure for each seal position.
• If reinstalling the original manifold apply Mopar® Lock & Seal Adhesive to the intake manifold bolts. Not required when installing a new manifold.

I never did the job myself so cannot confirm what else may be needed, I think it depends on mileage and what else you want to replace while your in there. Are you doing the job yourself?

Yes doing myself.. adventures that way. Just wish it would have happened a month earlier there is no AC in the shop and highs already in mid 90's and %100 humidity here. Thank you for the code.

Alright, It may help to watch a few vids online of what needs to come apart and what rubber parts/gaskets you would like to replace. Send me a PM and I will send links for the parts.
