Hey Quadratec, what the heck? (resolved)

I ordered some Diver Down seat covers for my 2023 Jeep wrangler JLUR 4xe. Been trying to get someone to answer an email or phone call but can't seem to get any action. Front covers installed great but went to put the first piece on the back (driver side rear seat back) and the zipper just came apart. Would like to get a replacement if possible, assuming you guys are following these type of posts.

FYI far as I can tell Diver Down is made for Quadratec, can't find any online presence for the company at all, so I am forced to attempt to get warranty help from Quadratec. Latest phone call attempt just hit 12 minutes on hold as I type this.

Order number available via DM if someone with Quadratec cares.

Just get Bartact covers and be done. Buy once cry once. At some point in the not very distant future, you are going to have to replace the neoprene covers anyway, so you are going to have to spend money again if you want covers. I can say this as a former Wet Okole owner.

I thought 250 was a lot. I am filing this post in the back of my mind, as I will probably take this advice for the next set. I am already crying this time and if they don't last I guess they can have the other kidney.

Get some PRP covers and be a baller. I love mine and the whiskey is such a damn good color!

The longevity of your seat covers will depend on how you treat them. I’ve made basic neoprene covers last for 10 years in a Jeep—ones I bought from Quadratec back in 2012.

Glad you got it sorted with Quadratec…they’ve always been good to me when I’ve needed customer service.

Diver Down is a Quadratec-exclusive brand, so we handle all warranty and support directly.
I purchased a set of Diver Down seat covers for my JLU from Amazon in Sept. 2023. Per the invoice, the seller of record was "TACTIK 4X4". Their storefront does include several Quadratec-branded products. Is TACTIK one of your house brands, such that I'd pursue any related warranty claims through Quadratec? Let me know. Thanks.

I'll be honest, have ordered through Quadratec but usually only when another vendor I deal with doesn't have something which is rare.

Have not had any issues with Quadratec so far on my limited orders, I also enjoy Rob's install videos.

Since this post has gotten some more traction, thought I would point out the replacement arrived quickly and has been great. Aside from the magnetism to dog hair (material issue not quality) they've been great.
