Threw on some forties and added appropriate bump stops to compensate. I still find that i occasionally rub tire on the pinch seam just behind the rear tires on a hard fast hit. Should i just trim the pinch seem? Add a stiffer jounce bumper? Is everyone on 40’s trimming the pinch seam? I know its a tire questions but with it only being the rear pinch seam i thought it may be more of a wheel base specific question

Trimming is the way to go. I am in the process of trimming mine now. Rather trim than have to add bump stop to limit travel. I also adjusted the axle back 3/4 of an inch to keep it out of the front pinch seam.

Before and after pics. Still room for more articulation but you get the point.
