I have a 2019 2 dr Rubicon.
Daily driver with beginner/mild trail use todate. Want to get more serious in the future🤞
(I did the the Newhampshire Badge trails and loved it)

‘This is what has been done so far.
- BFG KO2 315 tires with proper rims
- steel front & rear bumpers
- front winch
- fox 2.5 piggy back shocks
- some lighting.
- dynatrac ball joints

I have a bent front axel housing so will need to replace it 🥲 (not how I was planning on spending the budget)

Im thinking the gears might be in bad shape. If I need to replace I’m thinking either 4:88 or 5:13??

What would you do next since I will have everything more or less apart???

Cant afford todo everything but was thinking maybe….
-RCV axels?
- Reid racing Knucles ?
Are these upgrades worth it based on where I’m at and would like to go?
Or are there better places to put my $$$

Need advice from all you guys since most of you have been where I am know 😁

***. PS: if anyone has an axel housing I would be very interested 😀

How do you know/what makes you say you have a bent front axle housing? That should not happen with mild trail use.

Why are you thinking gears are in bad shape? Your future gear ratio will depend on the tire diameter you plan to run. Then of course...when change the front gears, you'll update the rear axle to match.

You didn't mention any lift. With metric315 tires and no lift, you should see a little rubbing when flexing it out already. Ideally for a build, you'll identify the planned tire size, then size the lift and axle geqr ratio accordingly.
