help please with rock rail selection

How well does LOD package up their rails for shipping? We all know the shipping companies beat the hell out of large boxes and some vendors do a better job protecting parts than others. I hate receiving brand new painted parts only to have them scratched up from shipping. I want brand new unscratched up parts and reserve the right to scratch them up myself while on the trail.

S3 Powersports Rockrails for me after the factory Rubicon rails got destroyed on, well,, hardly anything. They each have 4 rock lights too. Added the Spyder armor today

They just started building Jeep parts.
They used my Jeep to do an install video. Look for the video and product announcement any day, they are top notch.

Not 100% sure which body bolts you're talking about but these should take care of the rest and also stop from shoving your Rubi rails into the tub if you take a really hard shot.

I have the smittybilt SRC side armor, would definitely recommend for the price. Checks all your boxes, except maybe robust finish. Depends how hard you're gonna beat on them but I've scraped the underside edge and taken some of the powder coating off.
Protection is pretty great, sits at frame height so doesn't sacrifice clearance really and you can come down on them pretty good and not worry about your rocker/pinch seam area.
Mines a 2 door but obviously they make a 4 door set. I had a similar list of requirements, they were one of the only options for the 2 dr at the time anyways and just happened to check all the boxes. I don't have that many pictures with the sliders on my phone but here's a few from a recent trip:

After 5 weeks my LOD Signature Rock Sliders came in. You weren't joking. This packaging was second to none. These rails are stout! The box with rails came in at 138 pounds. Can't wait to get them on the Jeep.

Extracting the parts from packaging tip: Open one side and take one rail out. Flip the box over to get the other rail out. Worked great for me.

Designing, measuring, drafting, sequence of operations, tooling prep and layout, than munching hours in front of the vernier handles while watching the DRO and clearing the turnings. All while my brother is preparing either the t-slot table and clamping or a false work temporary jig. And people wonder why one-offs or short runs can get pretty pricy pretty quick.

God I wish I had all that. For now anyway...in my shop, it's me and and some chalk drawing on the floor, lol. Still need a mill, lathe and plasma table...and a Piranha.
