Help. DRL acting weird

So I noticed today for the first time that when my headlights come on the passenger side fender DRL goes out. Driver fender DRL stays on.
Turned the lights from auto to on -same thing
Turned lights to off both come on
First thought light must have burned out but only has around 12000 miles on it , could happen I guess

anyone have a thought where to start to figure this out

Fixed. DRL bull has 2 filaments. One of those burned out. Swapped bulb =fixed
