DRL weird issue

Noticed today that my DRL work correctly in auto mode ONLY, in driving lights only and headlights on modes, only the passenger side DRL illuminates. Any ideas on this? Wondering if there is logic built into the switch or somewhere else?

Jeep has all halogen lights except for driving lights and no faults on dash.
