Jeep didn’t mail me the dealer paper you display. The fine print of exclusions does not demarcate Jk versus JL. It excludes Wrangler.

Me neither. This looks to be dealer info - again, posted by another member.Jeep didn’t mail me the dealer paper you display. The fine print of exclusions does not demarcate Jk versus JL. It excludes Wrangler.
Hi, Do you happen to have any information on when the premium soft top will be back in stock, so Jeeps stuck in D status will start moving through the process? My dealership can't get any information on timing. Thanks!Hi Laststand,
I just responded to your other post, but wanted to follow up again in case you didn't see it. The tan soft top is expected to be available 4/2. Please note it is subject to change.

Hi MOKE,My steering wheel heater gets insanely hot. To the point that I cannot touch the steering wheel and a burning/melting smell comes from it. Anyone else have this happen?
I'm still waiting for my response on the rear window defroster issue!Hi MOKE,
This is not what we hope to hear. We would like to see if there is any opportunity for us to assist further. Please send us a private message with additional details.

No, you shouldn't.... it's well documented, and taking it out on JeepCares when they don't have any better info than you have already received is ridiculous.@JeepCares , there are still a lot of us waiting to hear some info about the Off Road Pages on our U Connect that we were promised. Should we all just PM you?
I do find the feature a bit cool thoughAfter off-roading since the Korean war---I couldn't care less about an "OFF-ROAD DISPLAY" in the dashboard screen/info ctr-
The way it is off-road, you should take a look around, before you miss something--smell the roses !
Whatever

Aren't those three things already shown with other warning lights in the gauge cluster anyway?Offroad pages would be cute and I hope they fix it. If not, I'll be ok. I don't require a graphic to tell me when I'm in 4 lo, locked, or swaybar disconnected. I won't be looking at it while I roll over either.
Hi @cwhrpwr - JeepCares is more about helping you connect with your dealer and reps for issues that need to be monitored generally. They are going to tell you to visit your dealer and keep them in the loop basically.Hello,
Post is for the jeepcares team. I have a JLUR, w/ the 7” Uconnect 4. I bought this beast in Fairfax, VA. I live about 20 miles away in Fort Belvoir. Every time I use my iPhone for car play, specifically the maps/navigation the Uconnect nav’s me from the dealership. Essentially if my phone is connected to the Uconnect it thinks I’m in Fairfax at the jeep dealer. This is an issue. Is there a setting I’m missing or is there a recommended Uconnect update we all should be headed to our dealers to get? Also the system shuts off and resets as if it’s Paul Blart in need of some sugar!
Actually, I was addressing @JeepCares and not you, @That One Guy , but thanks for your unsolicited advice. I know there is some discussion about this, and some tweets from UConnect, but I haven't heard anything directly from Jeep on this issue. That is what I was asking for; hence the @ to someone else on their thread. Perhaps if you have an official statement from Jeep you could share on your own thread. You have stated your opinion about this rather strongly in several other places. You are welcome to your opinion, but don't attack people who have a different opinion. No, you shouldn't.... it's well documented, and taking it out on JeepCares when they don't have any better info than you have already received is ridiculous.
If you feel attacked for suggesting you shouldn't hound people you know don't have better information for you, a breather from the keyboard would suit you.Actually, I was addressing @JeepCares and not you, @That One Guy , but thanks for your unsolicited advice. Actually I was referring to your attack on @Nate on the other thread where you spread your "advice". I did not feel attacked, just interrupted. I still am waiting for an answer from Jeep, not from you. Since you have all the answers, keep posting, but I won't see them.If you feel attacked for suggesting you shouldn't hound people you know don't have better information for you, a breather from the keyboard would suit you.
The unsolicited advice will keep coming, don't worry! It's a f o r u m, and people respond to people, buttercup.
