Heater kicks on evey now and again

Is anyone having this happen? Driving along and all of a sudden the heater kicks in for a few sec's while the AC is on

Yes it’s not the heater it’s a poor design on FCA’s part to bring fresh air into the cabin by having the damper open at timed intervals, I’m guessing they are afraid we will suffocate by breathing the same air while on recirculate on a vehicle that has doors that come a windshield that folds down and a top that comes off and plugged holes that drain in the floorboard...lol go figure those crazy engineers
