Heated steering not working

all of a sudden, the heated steering wheel stopped working, and the ESS light doesn’t even come on even if the button is pressed has anyone facing the same problem and how to get it fixed. as of now the jeep is out of warranties and I hope it’s not a big repairs thanks

Still on stock batteries? Main and aux? The fact you're getting 2 seperate faults says it could be that. When the aux is dying it does some weird shit.
