JL - LED & Halogen Headlight Adjustment:
Looking down at the adjuster's, you turn them clockwise (turn to the right) to go UP and counter clockwise (turn to the left) to go DOWN.

The answer is to flash them back and show them what your high beams really look like.

This is really fun in vehicles with HIDs.

That's what I do
My current car has factory HIDs and are properly aimed, so if that's too bright for you then you just don't know what bright is!

Your video will be helpful to those that need the visual, etc.. Great that you took the time to do the video...

I did not hear it mentioned, but the following should also be in place before you do the adjustment:

• Tire pressures need to be adjusted to what you run the tires with on the road
• No large accumulations of mud, snow, sleet on the JL
  
• Full tank of gas
• No luggage, pay load in the back of the JL (leave in back what you always carry)
  
• Should be adjusted with an average weight driver sitting in the driver's seat. No passenger's
  
• After parking at 25' distance back from the wall.... rock the JL, side to side, 3 or 4 times to allow suspension to settle

To adjust:

When you adjust, have your headlamps on LOW beam, not bright beam.

Looking down at the adjuster's, you turn them clockwise (turn to the right) to go UP and counter clockwise (turn to the left) to go DOWN.

-Do know that your fog lights also can also be adjusted as needed. Each fog light has an adjuster.

Don't know how if the parts have changed or what but I just did this on my 18 JL Sport and it's actually clockwise to lower and counter-clockwise to raise.

Why would you make the adjustment with a full tank of gas? This is the configuration you will be in the least amount of time.

Ok.... Can tell you, that what l stated is what is considered the correct way to do it. Was not something l let's say, fabricated.

Whichever way works? Just adjust and see what happens. You'll figure it out quickly when the ISS calls to complain about getting flashed.

I marked mine with painters tape on the garage door, so that I had a starting position. Then adjusted as needed from there, very easy to see which way it is adjusting on the door.
