Like many in search of half doors, I found a set that had to be painted to match my original color. Thanks to the video from Dirt Road Cred, I broke down the doors and was ready to send to the painter.
One area that was not covered, and I now regret, was the door panel bracket. I unscrewed the bolt and a nut fell into the interior of the door. Immediately I knew this could be an issue during reassembly and I was right. If anyone has any knowledge around the door bracket and placement of where the nut belongs, please assist.
Here is a photo of the bolt and nut, the area in question, and the interior of the door. It lines up with the hole in the bracket, but the nut will not fit in the opening. Any help is greatly appreciated!
