How was the re-keying process? I have to do the same on my half doors once they are painted.

Unfortunately no. If I cannot find black half doors I plan on having them painted.

Old thread, but what was the verdict on how the half doors are on the road? How are the uppers at high speeds?

Was looking at getting these as well. How have they held up?

I’ve taken the back glass out numerous times. The video below made it look rather easy. I have it down to under 10 minutes to take out and under 10 minutes to reinstall. Someone made a very valid point though, these are very expensive to replace so proceed with caution.

No I did not need to rewire. The directions state that it may appear to be wired incorrectly, but it will work. Just following their instructions made the install very simple.

In the instructions, they state that the wiring may look incorrect, but it is not. I followed the directions and had no problem. Took less than an hour to fully install. Great mod, big improvement in sound fidelity.
